The crew (Jake’s crew) that was doing work at my mom's house was excellent! They were very nice and would even stop what they were doing when she had a question and never made her feel like she was bothering them. They never yelled, there wasn’t any cussing and Mike came to grind stumps and she said he was just such a nice man. They cleaned everything up. Franklin, you should let your guys know!

Super experience with Fielder Tree Service. Following Hurricane Michael in 2018, we contacted EIGHT tree service companies about removing and/or pruning 9 problematic trees around the house (one had already toppled during Michael). Of the seven companies who came out to quote, six, including Fielder, had the insurance coverage we deemed necessary. Of those six, Fielder gave us the lowest quote (two of the competing quotes were more than DOUBLE their price.) But more than that, they were impressive in their professionalism and punctuality. On the day of the job, they arrived early, worked professionally, competently, SAFELY, courteously, and continuously until the job was done. Excellent clean-up. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

After I called, they were out the next day to inspect the work and give me a price. An arborist and management came to discuss the work. Set the schedule for a week later, but ended up doing the work 3 days earlier than that. They protected everything so we can hardly tell they were here. Hauled off what I wanted hauled off; cut up the main tree into fireplace lengths; ground up 2 stumps (I had only asked for one!); and cleanup up fantastically!

The crane operator was fabulous, the way he meticulously moved those large tree pieces into those small spaces was a sight to behold. The other guys made short work of the large pieces and were moved onto the collection truck in an efficient manner. Finally the stumps were all ground down by 5:00.

Your crew was great and worked in the rain to take down eight trees on my property and remove all the wood. And although taking these trees down was the last thing we wanted to do, they all posed risk of falling and damaging our insured structures. Thanks to Rocky for cutting two slices from the live oak so we can hopefully make a couple of tables. We appreciate their work and that of Mike Lindsey and Jonathan. I unfortunately forget the names of the rest of the crew, but they all worked together very well to get a hard job done in one day....which was amazing to my wife and me. Your crane operator and lead cutter/bucket operator were simply amazing as was your climber. I'd not seen that particular operation where the climber is hoisted up on the crane, ties off the rope and then rapels down! Cool! Thanks Again!
