I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks and appreciation to Franklin Adcock, Guy Bridges and the skilled crews that worked on this latest and rather large tree removal project at my home which was completed this past Friday. Watching these crews working is an impressive sight and, when interacting with them individually, I was even more impressed by their courtesy and cooperative attitude. I congratulate you on the excellent quality of your proficient and expert workers. Be assured I stand ready to recommend your company to family and friends because of the high quality of workmanship you provide to your customers.

I am writing to express how impressed I was with your crew and the quality of the work they did at my home this week. They worked with care, precision, safety, and great skill. The coordination among them was superb. Seeing your crew work in my next-door neighbor’s yard a few months ago is what made me choose Fielder for the work in my yard. I was pleased to see that the man who worked in the bucket next door was the key person on my job as well. And the following day, the crew who came to grind the stumps was equally impressive and thorough. I love to see how work is done, and I spent the time watching and taking photos to show my family. Very, very impressive, both your staff and your very advanced equipment. Clearly, they are well trained and very diligent and respectful of customers’ properties. Please pass on our compliments.

Your crew was great and worked in the rain to take down eight trees on my property and remove all the wood.  And although taking these trees down was the last thing we wanted to do, they all posed risk of falling and damaging our insured structures.  Thanks to Rocky for cutting two slices from the live oak so we can hopefully make a couple of tables.  We appreciate their work and that of Mike Lindsey and Jonathan.  I unfortunately forget the names of the rest of the crew, but they all worked together very well to get a hard job done in one day….which was amazing to my wife and me.  Your crane operator and lead cutter/bucket operator were simply amazing as was your climber.  I’d not seen that particular operation where the climber is hoisted up on the crane, ties off the rope and then rapels down!  Cool! Thanks Again!
